In civil case.... Need to produce some authorities in my favour...

Are citations/authorities given exhibit numbers ???

Do I need to give an application to put them on record along with it ??

No. Judgments are not 'documents' within the meaing of Civil Procecure Code. If its trial Court, just make a compilation of judgments with an index, if you wish to for ease of referring, otherwise, even an index is not a must.

No Application is necessary; when you hand over a copy of the judgment, a Judge will just keep it in the file. If you REALLY want that the cases you relied on is reflected on the record, file a very short Written Arguments referring to the cases. It's something that may help at the stage of Appeals, but is not required as such.

In Supreme Court, you don't even need to hand over a copy of the judgments, merely a list of judgments.

Any memo is filed it should be served to opposite party Manoj

Under section 3 of the Indian Law reports Act 1875, only the reports published under the authority of the State can be cited in the Court. For mode of case citation you have to see your High Court Rules.
