Hello I'm Anuj kashyap my family living in delhi from 1990 but I don't have a proof of address of 1993 which is required in applying obc certificate. My caste is kashyap(jeemar) but my parents have not obc certificate but my caste comes in obc.
What should I do?
I have other documents which is required in this obc certificate.
You shall need to satisfy the conditions for issuance of such certificate..at Delhi, from the O/o Authority.
