service of summon abroad

My son in law working in Qatar. I filed a case in family court in India. Staff of family court not knowing procedure to send summon outside india.
What is the correct procedure? Please advice.

Ask your advocate. If he's not able to tell you for lack of knowledge or information, than change him. If still unable to get local advocate who can inform you than engage advocate from outside who'll be able to guide you. Still unable to get this information than return back here and than I'll tell you in details the process.
