I worked as admin for an educational institution for 14 years on 10/05/2018 I resigned till the day my PF gratuity and EL is not settled regarding this on 15/7/18 I made RPAD, till the day no response from the institution what is next kindly guide me

Dear querist,
If you are from government department then you can ask information under Right to Information Act 2005.
If other then government you may send legal notice to your employer for early settlement of case.
