how DVOP case end if opponent was not appear for hearing.

hi,

We have filled DVOP case against my sister husband.
In respond he filled vakkalathu now status is counter. my query is
1. if he didn't appear for next hearing what will happen? And also I hear that they have to respond in 90 days. Is that right?
2. How the case will end if he didn't appear.

Ex-party relief will be granted.

Dear querist,

Yes, when the time period for appeal is over she can re-marry.

Moreover need to check facts of case, if possible share copy of petition at below mail address.
