2.Can a muslim married daughter can claim the right to stay in her parent's home if it is being changed to her widow sister's name from her parents' name?
3.Can a muslim father can change his property to one of his daughters without the knowledge of the other?
Dear querist,
1. No, in the life time of father daughter cannot claim self earned property of her father.
2. No child can claim right of residence in self earned property if parents when child becomes major.
3. Father has all right to dispose his self earned property to his choice.
