charged under cr.p.c section 107 ,false accusations incorporated by others ,
case is closed on mutual consent by both parties at magistrate office.
will these bother during background check in IAS /IPS ?
if yes,should I file a case ,so that I am not convicted?
Dear querist,
Provision under section 107 Crpc are for furnishing security for keeping peace. If charged also they are in anticipation with the crime which is yet not happen or other words before doing crime you are asked security for not committing crime.
This will not affect you in any back ground verification.
