is there possibility to appoint advocate without PP help .

please guide me ...very urgent ...Sir ...we are complaint ,and my case is under trail stage ,and we don't need PP help completely ,and is there possibility to appoint private advocate instead of Pp . if there is possibility please tell me CRP sections or judgement or any supporting evidence. please very urgent
