cheque bounce issue

my father is get loan from one finance amount was 60000 and dad paid every month interest already but that person put cheque on bank cheque bounced.now case is going on.now final judgement what come my dad got arrest or my dad need to pay amount that case is non negotiable section 138 and 420, please help me I need to save my dad

Section 138 is basically to punish issuing cheques without balance. Therefore, Courts award punishment including imprisonment as they deems fit.

The judgement of the court will be based on the evidence and the documents marked. If your lawyer is experienced one he will take care of your father.

Worst case scenario if he gets convicted, then magistrate will grant the bail immediately. He will not be arrested, be prepared for certain bail formalities which your local advocate will ensure.
