Agricultural Land by Company

Dear Friends,

While reading across I have came to know that company can buy agricultural land for agriclutural purposes after obtaining permission from collector.

I wanted to know if anyone can assist me with the procedure for the same.

if u r maharastra call if ur industry is an agri. based industry u will get permmisssion for bonafied purpose

Please guide the procedure for buying an agriculture land in gujarat and getting it converting to non agriculture for industrial purpose.

can this be done after the paymment to owners have been made?
