I have flat with open terrace but in rainy season below shop have leakage problem and also we have prlm in rainy season that's why we covered terrace with shed jindal com. heat observing.
but the owner who lives above my flat have objection with my shed and said in summer season they suffering heat waves in their house.
I agree to shed down from their house and he complains municipal corporation and send me the notice for Shedis illegal.
howto resolve the issue in legal way please support me
Remove the shed. Arrange to rectify leakage in other method.
