Famil settlement deed - tamil nadu reg.

Mother may execute Settlement deed in favour of her two daughters.  The stamp duty payable in favour of family members for Settlement deed, partition deed and release deed at the rate of 1% subject to a maximum of Rs.25,000/- and registration fee at the rate of 1% subject to a maximum of Rs.4000/-.
