Motor Accident Claims

Can someone help me with the process about this case MCOP No 128 of 2014, it's been 5 years now and there was no attempt to attend hearing from the Vehicle owner or from Insurance company.
What are the next steps??? or this will never happen!

On behalf of 1st respondent the 2nd respondent is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,80,200/- (including interim award passed if any) to the petitioners as compensation with proportionate costs together with interest at the rate of 7.5 percent from the date of petition ie on 21.03.2014 till the date of full payment is made within two months. Out of the compensation so awarded the petitioners 1 to 3 are equally entitled to Rs.1,93,400/- with accrued interest and costs. The 2nd respondent is directed to deposit the entire award amount together with interest and costs into the D.J.II, MACT A/c. No.36207903310, State Bank of India, main Branch, Kanchiupram, IFSC Code SBI N 0000853 directly. The amount awarded to the petitioners shall be deposited in the Nationalized bank for 3 years . The petitioners are directed to pay balance court fees of Rs.4,674.50. There is no interest for the default period.
