Self registration of property with poa

Can I transfer property in my name with the POA given to me by my mother. Property is in Krishna nagar East Delhi near Karkarduma court. I need help with registering property in my name.

If the right to be able to sell the property is specifically mentioned in the POA and if the POA is suitably stamped, executed and registered then you can transfer the property to your name after registering a suitable transfer document. However it will be prudent to get the transfer document executed by your mother.

The POA is valid only during your mother's lifetime, it is void on her demise.
