stay against bank proceedings under the sarfaesi act

Dear Sir,
papa ne ek bank se cc limit ka account open kiya the. Jo ki bank ko wapis nhi ho paya hai.
House ke papers bank ke pass hai.
Bank house ka e auction karna chahata hai.
Bank me sabji family members ke sign hai except Sister.
sister se civil court me case Kar waya hai ki house me unka bhi part hai. stay Kiya jaye.
But Civil Judge Senior Division ko bank ne 1 application Order 7 Rule 11 ki file hai and bank ne kaha hai ki ye case Sarfaesi Act se bared hai.
please Help Sir.

Is the father the sole owner of the property?

yes sir,
father ko ye property court sattelment se mili hai.

But Sir,
Maine plie li hai ki father ki property me daughter ka bhi part hai.
Daughter ne case kiya hai
Bank & father & brother ko party banaya hai.
ki bank disputed property ka auction tab tak na kare jab tak ki court daughter ka part alag na kare.
