The Indian Penal Code, 1860

Is there any provision in the Indian Penal Code, 1860 regarding Mental Harassment?

Also, please explain me regarding provions pertaining to Unlawful Assembly and Rioting.

There is no section for mental harrassment in IPC. Please state full facts so that experts can advice the legal recourse for mental harrassment.
