Lock down order of state govt vs oredr by Block Dev Officer

I am Susamoy Mandal,a Gram Panchayat employee under dept. of Panchayat and rural development,West Bengal. State govt has issued a lock down notification regarding corona in whic Gram Panchayat office is not included in exception/exemption list. But my immediate higher authority Block Dev. Officer and many other Block Dev. offrcers have issued order for attending office on daily basis mainly for implementing a newly launched pension scheme namely Jai Bangla by state govt. Which order should I follow either lock down notification or BDO's order. My personal concern is I am a chronic patient of bronchial asthma and so very vulnerable to corona attack that leads to my death. I have informed my BDO but he ignored to see my medical report and has said I have to go office untill I submit medically unfit certificate.What should I do? I want legal advice.
