while deciding an RFA for enhancement of award the high court enhanced the award amount and in the last para of the final judgment it held that " besides this, all the other land owners whose land has been acquired under the same notification shall also be entitled to get all the statutory benefits under the relevant provisions of the act"
I'm was not party to that RFA... can i file execution of the above said order as the enhancement order is for all whose land has been acquired under the same notification?
