Let your friend be aware of the fact that going to abroad is not an easy task especially during this time of pandemic influenza. However, even if the matter is decided to do so (travel to Canada along with baby) with the intention to receive the Permanent Resident of the aforesaid country, it would be bit of contrast to not travel along with husband and since no offence has taken place yet, we're not sure about the intentions of the husband.

Thus it's better that your friend travels to abroad along with her husband, in order to:-

2.) To Be Sure that the Husband is Not been Indulged in any sort of Pre-plans and

3.) It's would be East To Get PR (of Canada) if the entire family is residing and working there only.
