As per your query, let me tell you that basically and RTI under the Right to Information Act, 2005 is filed to obtain requisite information from various Central or State Government authorities. The authority which maintains land and property related records is a public authority and comes under the ambit of RTI. By Section 2(f) of the RTI act, it can be used to obtain various ownership related documents of the property. The information can then be used to substantiate your case.
The Agriculture, Farmers Welfare and Co-operation Department of Gujarat Govt. takes care of agriculture and related matters in its charge like horticulture, soil conservation, dairy development, animal husbandry, and and formation of policies/schemes in co-operative activities as well as implementation, monitoring and supervision.
Therefore, you should try and proceed with an RTI in the above mentioned department in order to obtain information regarding any agricultural land situated in the state of Gujarat.
Hope It Helps
