Within how much time construction to be done on N.A. land

It is already there in your NA order,probably two years,but even if you do not construct,I think I have read judgment that for breach of that condition govt.cannot take possession of your plot.

1) is there any penalty if construction is not done during N.A. period

2) If yes, how much is the penalty or how is the penalty calculated

3) Do the owners lose the N.A. status of land?

4) If yes, what can be done to get the N.A. status of the land back.

5) Can the owners of land request gujarat governement / AUDA to extend the N.A. status.?
