Objection!

In 2000, I borrowed ₹10,000 from someone and didn't return it because he introduced me to bad habits. He encouraged me to commit fraud to make money, promising to take me to book movie actresses type women. He is a pimp. Technically, this was fraud and enticement, making me a victim of youth and so I threatened with death if will ask me money again. He never filed a police complaint, so I didn't care. Anyways, he's a blackmailer, pimp, drunk, uneducated, gambler, peddlar who contacts students and teaches them bad habits. He is a South Brahmin or someother uu pper caste I think. I never met him afterwards and never dreamt of taking drugs, s*xing brothels, murder planning, raping someone etc.

Now, I'm dealing with an international fraud case involving ₹10 crores and I'm going to win. He called me recently, demanding money and threatening to use a polygraph test on himself to prove I defrauded him. I told him to get lost. If he files a complaint against me, can I counter-charge him for extortion, considering he should have filed the complaint back in 2004?

What can I do if he frauds me like this?

Can I lie that I don't know you? But he's taking a polygraphi test!

So I'll tell f off to him and stick by extortion case on him. How does it sound? These are very cheap people in villages.

This is a hypothetical guy. The international guys can play any game to win the case. So I'm preparing for all angles like I'm blackmailed for murder, rape, kidnap, etc. forgot to add it to the question and apologize.

Why? Is this going to shut down? What happened to paid advisors here? Sorry to hear this

A polygraph test cannot be conducted at the whims of someone.

Besides the claim is very badly barred by limitation.

Also there's no provision in law to subject the defendant in a civil case to undergo polygraph test and this case will not fall under criminal law at this stage.

You can lodge a complaint for the offences of extortion if his tortures are intolerable

There are various issues involved in the facts posted, it is better to consult a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

Thanks for the advise. Remembered You or someone advised me long ago that after 20 years these kind of old cases will be dismissed?

So, if the hypothetical man complaints about me, he's dead meat for waiting around the corners and meeting college students, enticing and teaching bad habits and blackmailing them.
