Dear Sir,
I have recently paid Rs.1,50,000/- for my daughter iit jee coaching to one of the corporate college in hyderabad. My daughter has hardly attended only 1 month of the course. My daughter did not like the college and want to join other college as the academic year is yet to start. This corporate college has started classes in april itself and till now the 10th board results are not yet out. This college has taken an undertaking that they will not refund the fees at any cost what ever may be the reason at the time of admission without which they did not offer admission. They have collected the entire 2 years fees. When approched for refund they are claiming that they are helpless and cannot refund.
Is this legal and is there anyway i can get back my money? pls help me as it is a big amount for me.
