Corrupt & in efficient pf dept

Go to any govt. dept. for your own money and you will get only thugs and corrup personnel working there looking for bribes.

My daughter has to receive over Rs.70K towards her dues from Regional Provident Fund Office in Bandra but the thugs are deliberately not paying out the amount due to her since Jan. 2012.

Even I have visited and made several complaints but these thick skined corrupt people are not bothered and CVC is slipping doing nothing.

Pl. advice what to do and how recover the principal amount with over due interest from the thugs who are hell bent on cheating one and all?

Dear Kishore ji,

Habituate to correspond and don't meet the people personally.  Try to register your complaint or plea with proper authority.  Once your compaint registered with any department , they have to act.  If they are not acknowledging your compaint send through Registered Post.ack. due.

As advised by Mr. Murthy avoid too much of visits.

If the employee has submitted PF forms for withdrawal the o/o PF commissioner {RPFC/APFC} shall issue an acknowledgment. Obtain copy of this acknowledgment. The PF office should process and disburse in 30 days. If any information is required PF office shall correspond with employer. Check with employer if PF office has found the application for withdrawal in order or has sought any clarification from employer. If employer states no clarification/query has been sought, employee can get in touch with PRO, APFC, and RPFC. If employee submits a complaint/application/RTI application acknowledgment must be obtained.

If acknowledgment issued by PF dept has been obtained from employer employee can raise RTI application, or lodge a grievance with APFC, RPFC, Addl. CPFC, CPFC. This shall move them and that too with speed. Contact details are available at:
