If the opposite party has got our petition in the DLSA what happens and Can DLSA have rights to show our petition to the opposite party??

Mostly in Pre-litigation cases, the petitioner can file case in 

 

 

 

 

 

You shall ask your own counsel.  Court have such powers.  Pre-litigation cases will be filed in DLSA by petitioners.  after filing of case, the DLSA will summon with copy of petition filed by the petitioner to the respondents to attend before the court or file counter through an Advocate/Agent.
