We had a quarrel with our relative on a sunday at 2.30pm 18th oct-2015. My relative has filed a false compliant against me in section 294,325,506.
This is a fake complaint. Only the complaintant and her husband are witnesses. Third party (false witness) was away from the town when the quarrel happened.
He(third witness) is also not ready to give testimony.
Need your advice to counter this fake complaint:
1)can we file a counter criminal complaint now? ( on 15 oct 2015, three days before the said quarrel, complaintant had beaten my mother. She had beaten with
clay in her hand. Her palm mark along with fingers are there in my mothers blouse.)
2)can we file a civil suit now?
3)Is there a way to file a defamation suit
4)Any other legal actions that we can take now?
