My query is :- About CPP porta tender central govt tender portal.
Applied for tender of Manpower Services and also submitted tender fees and EMD amount.
But my rest competitor (8 nos) no one submitted tender fees and EMD amount also.
they have just given that,they are in EMD exemption and submitted MSME certificate,my self also submitted.
But in tender terms and conditions documents- nothing is given about EMD/Tender fees exemption,not a single word.I think " specific terms have to defined in the tender document".
I think Tender Authority have to define in tender documets that exemption by which documents.
My query are:-
1.If not defined in docs,party who has not submitted fees are rejected for technical.
pls if possible share me govt order - about emd/tender fees exemption is complusory.
