I was customer of hdfc bank credit card , there is issue of high interest charged by bank , both parties want to settle the issue. please tell about the law on settlement.
Settlement is adverse entry for credit history.
The CC customer may press to cleanse the credit history and call back name form list of defaulters in writing and issue NOC and keep these safely.
