SUIT FOR PERMANANT INJUNCTION  AND PENDING BEFORE MUNSIF COURT.NOW  BUILDING OWNER HAS BROKEN LOCK AND TAKENAWAY THE NAMEBOARD .POLICE COMPLAINT HAS BEEN PREFERRED. NOW POLICE  ENQUIRED  THE OWNER. OWNER ALSO ACCEPTED THE FACT BUT  REFUSED TO OPEN DOOR . CAN THE POLICE BREAK OPEN THE DOOR  AND CHECK WHETHER THINGS ARE TAKENAWAY OR NOT.

Police can register FIR. at the most. Move application u/s 145 before executive magistrate. Or move the court u/s 6 of specific relief act along with ancillary proceedings I criminal courts, if police refuses to Register the offence.
