One person was mis behaving with my sister hence my younger brother asked that person .... i was studing at that time to creat problem , that person has filed a case (2007)on my brother name to creat fear and inclueded my name also to spoil my career ...
Case facts : That Person's father has been made head injury himself to creat strong case than filed a case on some sections including 307 section on my brother , my name and with other 3 persons.
They have given complaint like my brother has beaten his father with axe and myself and other 3 persons assulted with hands .
after 2 years Accuitted and case has been closed.
Main questions are as below
1.my dream is to become IAS officer ....I am preparing day and night for UPSC exam....May i get Civil Services post of UPSC ?
2. What will be scenario?
3.What is the solution for this?
Kinldy advise me .....i am totally upset..
