magistrate has taken verification of the complainaint and statement of witness . The complaint was sent to the Police for investiation under section 202 . The Investigating officer has filed the report . Now two posssibiliites.
1st the magistrate will dismiss the complaint , this possibility is less.
2nd the magistrate will issue process to the accused
when the accused presents themselves in the court , kindly tell me what will be the procedure as I am
representing my case party0in-person. learned members please guide me when I can adduce my
additional evidences .
