Criminal Revision has been allowed in Ciminal complaint case under 397 and 399 of Cr PC by Addl District Judge. No appearance have been made in the court of Judicail Magistrate First Class what is the next step to follwo for getting acquittal order from JMFC? Whether application is to be filed with certified copy of revision order and under which provision it is required.

now appear before jmic on the date fixed by jmic while pronouncing conviction. give him the the copy of allowed order. remember to take ur surity for bail.
