Dear Sirs Threatening and extortion complaint against me by builder(1.5.18) after having filed a consumer complaint in state forum, CSR closed. 5Cr defamation notice was replied on 1.6.2018. CMP xxx3/2018 dated 4.9.18 is still not found in list. After inspection by advocate commissioner on 16.2.19, the builder filed Crl.O.P with one more fabricated incident, whom I never met till date, at HC on 18.2.19. The HC refused to direct Police to file FIR, without exhausting all remedies and referred Lalitha Kumari case and others. But now FIR dt 1.3.19 filed with notes "under direction from HC ....". I got a summon already. What are all the way I can respond / act upon. Thanks.
