Crpc 125 & DV act

Sir, I am paying rs.6000 pm to my wife and two male children from oct-2009 by the order of magistrate under crpc 125. In march-2015 again order passed by magistrate under DV act to pay 17000 pm and rs.8, 50, 000 one time. Sir my doubt is to obey both orders or any one. Kindly guide me.

you was paying her interim maintenance now court has passed the final order for her and for children maintenance rs .17000/- now you have to pay this p.m. and besides this you have to pay rs. 8,50,000/- as arears, you have to obey both the orders mandatory, if you are not satisfy with this order you may go for an appeal against it .

Laxmikanth sir, that is not an interim order both two different final orders, one is under crpc 125, second is DV act & rs.8, 50, 000 were not arrears, this is for financial abuse , there is no arrears, payment is payable from date of judgement.
