Crpc 125 interim arguments

Interim maintenance is allowed in deserving cases where the respondent/wife is not working and has no means to maintain herself, even if she is earring but the amount of salary/income she has in not sufficient for her maintenance, the court allows interim maintenance of minimum amount that will serve her requirement.

Keeping this in mind, argue your case and if need be agree for minimum amount for her so that the court may not impose huge amount of even interim maintenance to your wife by itself, chances that she will get it u/s 125 Cr.P.C is there so go prepared for agreeing to some amount if the Judge in the Family Court ask you in person which in most cases they do so.
