one of my freind was s*xually exploited under false promise of marraige by a navy officer.
we compalined to mahila ayog and defense ministry
after that we created a blog wherein we have posted his picture and his name and said he is a fraud Guy.
and nothing else we have wriiten .
I told my freind to remove the blog that day itself.
She remove also.. on that day itself

dont you worry, coz if it is a google service, after 30 days of deletion, even google cant retrieve it and he taking a screenshot wont really help the case. These are all complicated to get info from Google kind of comps, because you will have to serve summons to US office .. and its a very complicated process. He might just be threatening.

If he is threatening to file defamation case, ask your friend to counter his threats saying that she will also lodge complaint against him for cheating by promising to marry her and now refusing, which can be filed u/s 417 IPC.
