The propoerty was purchased on POA 8 years ago in Delhi (MCD) and gifted to daughter after her marriage. Father remains POA holder. No gift deed/ will executed. Daughter took possession of the property 8 years ago and accordilgy all taxes/ bills are being raised in her name. In the meantime POA holder dies.
How can daughter get the property in her own name?
