My Mother Passed away 20 Yrs Back Leaving behind a House in her name my father remarried & has gift registered this house in my step mothers name .my query is does my father has the rights to
gift this house to his second wife without my knowledge.
what should i do to get back my rights
will getting a written will from my father that he did this in pressure will be of any help.
i am muslim for refernce

Muslim shariyat laws to be followed. My opinion father is having all rights in that property when he is alive.
