Sir,
I have purchased Two Plots in Jaipur, I have deposited Allotment money and three Installment. The Total cost of both plot Rs. ( 90000+135000) = 225000.00.
In this regard I paid Rs. 48401.00 regarding both plots. Last six month I could not pay the any installment and further also enable to paid due to fund problems problems.
So that I request to company return the money but they said that deduction @25% and there is no balance amount in your behalf. ( Deduction information is not my knowledge ).
It is requested to you please advice me, what I should be do.
