Hi everyone and A very good day.
I have an question regarding the development agreement of the agriculture property. I am getting an agriculture property in gram panchayat area for development. The property is about 600 meters from the gaothan area. As per current DP, it is still in Agriculture Zone, and the land is about 200 meters from the yellow zone. The nearest N.A. layout is about 200 meters.
I need your advice for the following.---
1. Do I have to be farmer to get this land for development?
2. If no, will I be able to convert this land in N.A and how should I go about?
Do help me out to sort the mater.
