I have a mentally retarded brother.and have a house to sell which we have inherited from our parents. I would like to know if it is necessary to get legal gaurdianship certificate for my brother from court or is it enough if I get a gaurdian ship certificate from hospital. The buyer is telling that it is enough that i get a guardian certificate from a hospital. But I want to know if there would be any problem without a legal certificate.
