I had filed private complaint againt 4 persons under section 499 punishable under section 500 of ipc 9 criminal defamation. police has ordered for investigation under section 202 . The police report was against me saving 4 accused. the learned magistrate only made a case against 1st accused and ordered issuance of process.
sir pls guide me , what action I should take to include the names of other 3 accused. the police did not investigate the matter .should i fie narazi petition against final report of the police and pray for further investigation.
