Friends,
Mr A and Mr B are neighbours with their residential properties separated by a common compound wall. Mr.A's entrance gate to his house property is on one side of the common pathway. Mr.B's entrance to his house property is through the gate at the dead end of this common pathway. The entrance gates of A and B are located at a few distance apart and are not situated very close to each other. This common pathway is used by A and B for plying their cars. Some persons in B's house property who are using this common pathway are performing some acts on this common pathway in front of A's property which are worsening the illness of Mr.A without allowing him to recover from illness, thereby violating his fundamental right to life under Article 21. Here whether A has any right to install a cctv camera in A's property in such a position in order to view the passers on this common pathway entering through Mr. B's gate for obtaining digital evidence to protect the interest of Mr. A under Article 21 (under any exception to privacy of users entering Mr. B's property).
