Disconnection of Water Connection

Dear Team,

I am looking help from you. Matter is regarding the housing society and me.

I was paying all the dues for the society and still paying the dues. Even after that the society members have disconnected my water supply. When I lodged an FIR against them, they are telling Police that they have passed a resolution for disconnecting the supply.

Can somebody tell me or guide me Supreme Court guidance for this?

Thanks,

Mandar

Law enforcement and Constitutional right of a citizen cannot be denied merely on the basis of any illegal Resolution passed by a society consisting mad persons. Police is competent to take action failing which you immediately rush to civil court and immediately get restored electricity by filing a suit for declaration and mandatory and prohibitory injunction against the society.
