you can not file a case against the company b' coz they write it is "not negosiable " left upper corner of the cheque . if is not wrriten there so you can file a case immediatlay don't weast time . ontact a lawery at once .

if the cheque is bounced then issue a legal notice and file a case under NI 138, else go for civil recovert
