This shows that my view is correct as it your answer relates with only to those employments, which are covered under Article 311(1) of constitution of India,

Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Advocate)     11 November 2013

anyway rule is

(ix)       dismissal from service which shall ordinarily be a disqualification for future employment under the Government.

Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Advocate)     11 November 2013

article 311 (1) :-

(1) No person who is a member of a civil service of the Union or an all India service or a civil service of a State or holds a civil post under the Union or a State shall be dismissed or removed by a authority subordinate to that by which he was appointed

It relates only to the fact as to who will be competent  to dismiss.  It does not specify that dismissed employee is competent  for re-appointment or not.

The rule quoted by me are framed as per provisio to Article 309 and are statutory in nature.

Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Advocate)     11 November 2013

each candidate on his selection to any Govt service is requited to fill attestation form stating his past employment and the fact whether he has faced any disciplinary action.

Does removal from service on disciplinary action amount to future disqualification from all government jobs? As you mentioned disciplinary actions to be mentioned in attestation form what is its impact. Kindly advise

When an officer (posted in a rural branch of Rajasthan as Branch Manager) of a public sector bank is dismissed from the service after conclusion of  departmental enquiry procedure, in which Court can he file law suit against his dismissal ? Is there any time limit for filing a law suit beyond which his case becomes time barred ?
