Dispute in agreement to sell between builder and self

Dear Sir

I have booked an apartment in Bangalore during its pre launch phase in 2005.Due to some reasons the project could not be launched, however I kept on making part payments which now stands at15 lacs (as on Jan 2010). The project was launched in Mar 2011 at a higher price and now the builder is not holding the agreed price at the time of booking.I have the agreement to sell by the builder on the company letter head and the receipts of payment. He is telling me to either agree the new price or take back the money with bank interest rates. Pls help asap.

Regards

If you interested about the Apartment ,you may file a complain case in Consumer Forum or file a civil suit for Specific Performance of Contract in Civil Court.

Your case is strong so you may file a complain case in Consumer Forum or file a civil suit for Specific Performance of Contract in Civil Court.

You should file the suit for specific performance in the court for performance of agreement to sell executed by with the builder.
