sir i am falsely implicated in the case of it act 66a.now maharashtra public service commisssin has selected me as class 2 officer in state services.i have mentioned in the attestation form reality that the case is under trial in the lower court.also mentioned the concerned police station.my question is can authority suspend my appointment on the base of mere filed chargesheet in the court?please guide me.i need urgent help.

already you have mentioned so no problem if you are being acquitted then only your appointment will be cancelled

k.mahesh sir has mentioned the word acquitted.i think it should be the word convicted.sir please comment.
