Division of ancestral property

Hello Sir/Madam,

My grandfather was having 4 brothers. 4 of them(including my g.father) died and 1 is alive. They are having a piece of land in Delhi. Then their sons discussed and divided that piece of land with mutual understanding. They signed this division of land with map of it on plane paper.

Now, my grandfather has 5 sons. My father died and the revenue record updated with the transfer of my father's share to myself, my sister and my mother. Since the piece of land we got from my grand father have 5 owners - 4 are my uncles and 1 is with me. When I am asking my uncles to divide it so that everyone should know which is their part and they can either sell or build something on it. Two out of 4 are ready to divide but two are not. So, what is the legal process to make this division happen.

Thank you.

File a suit for partition and possession impleading all LRs of your grandfather in the jurisdiction civil court through a local prudent lawyer.
