Divorce???

if i want to file for a divorce from my wife on crulety basis ... do i have to give any evidences or proof to the court, thouhg she has not been cruel but we had a major fight and she left the house .... though i have filed for RCR... and a lawyer presented on my wife's behalf in the first hearing.. second hearing is on next month.... now she has filed for a maintenance .... and if i file for the divorce, do i have to give her the alimony or maintenance

without evidence no one will believe you.
alimony : incase you income is more than your wife, than you will have to pay alimony , otherwise viceversa.

U urself admit that She is not cruel to u........................so why talk of getting divorce over the issue of a single fight!

Again U have filed for RCR..............means u want to live wid her forgetting & forgiving her past mistakes. Now prepare urself 2 pay maint amm till RCR lasts
